Instructor(s)

Jack Malcolm

As a trainer, coach and author, my mission is to help you express your full potential. So much of what you accomplish in business and in life depends on your ability to communicate with others—to explain and sell ideas and concepts, influence decisions, and inspire others to action. I can help you improve your ability to inform, influence, and inspire others. I founded Falcon Performance Group in 1996 specifically to combine my complex-sale expertise and my extensive financial background to deliver complete sales process improvement initiatives at top national and international corporations. Over time, client requests for training beyond their sales teams, led me to combine my selling and speaking background with my studies in behavioral economics and cognitive psychology to craft a unique and powerful approach to influence and persuasive communications for sales professionals and non-sales personnel alike. I have written three books: Bottom-Line Selling: the Sales Professional’s Guide to Improving Customer Profits, Strategic Sales Presentations, and Lean Communication: Talk Less, Say More.
